g. Providing necessary diagnostic information to The City of Redwo 6.1.G. - Page 26 <br />B. Responsibilities of The City of Redwood City's IT/VAR Conference Vendors (as <br />applicable) <br />1. Commissioning and troubleshooting of network <br />2. Configuration of firewalls <br />3. Provisioning of QoS, Firewall Traversal, bandwidth and security restrictions <br />4. Registration of IP phones and SIP endpoints to VoIP Server <br />12.2 NETWORKED DEVICES <br />A. At the Client's discretion, all IP -enabled devices shall be installed and integrated on the <br />corporate network. Contractor will coordinate with the PM to incorporate networked <br />devices into their network scheme via the AV/IT coordination sheet. Contractor will <br />be responsible for correctly configuring the network properties of each device that <br />they are installing. Any pertinent software which was delivered by the manufacturers <br />will be delivered to The City of Redwood City as part of the close-out package. <br />12.3 FINISHES <br />A. Contractor will be responsible for reviewing finish options on equipment, control <br />devices, and trim plates with the Clients, and receive approval from the Client prior <br />to ordering equipment. <br />12.4 MATERIALS <br />A. Wires and Cables: <br />1. Wire and cables shall include all connectors and terminals, spade lugs, barrier <br />straps, punch blocks, wire wrap strips, heat shrink tubing, tie wraps, solder, <br />hangers, clamps, labels etc., required to accomplish a neat and orderly <br />installation. <br />2. All analog and digital video cables shall be capable of passing EDID information, <br />along with full bandwidth video signal information up to 1920x1200. <br />3. Any cables (and associated materials or tie -wraps) passing outside of conduit <br />through walls, ceilings, or any other part of the building's structure, shall be <br />plenum rated. <br />B .Wire Pathways & Supports <br />1. Contractor shall be responsible for all required structural supports for ceiling <br />devices and above -ceiling cable supports, including seismic restraints, safety <br />wires, J -Hooks and wire hangers. <br />C .Labels <br />1. Labeling shall include any item or quantity of labels, tools, stencils, and materials <br />needed to completely and correctly label each system and subsystem according <br />to each original equipment manufacturer requirements, Drawings of Record, and <br />this document. <br />2.
