The said models of VFD are being used by the <br />City in its other existing pump stations. Consultant to provide the City design <br />considerations of the new VFD. <br />13. Update sanitary sewer programmable logic controller (PLC) unit with Allen <br />Bradley Micro logix 1400 or approved equal. Consultant to provide the City <br />design considerations for the new PLC. <br />14.Verify existing electrical connections and electrical load capacity to conform to <br />the installation of new sanitary sewer pump station's motor control center, PLC <br />unit and new Flygt submersible pumps. <br />15. Coordinate with utility companies to obtain record information that maybe <br />affected by the design or construction of the sanitary sewer pump station. <br />16. Coordinate with the City's current SCADA consultant, EDCCO, for SCADA <br />control system programming work. Contact Eric Daniel at 650-63-SCADA. <br />17. Connect to existing force mains. Point of connection to be field verified. <br />18. Remove and replace existing ACP force mains with suitable PVC piping and size <br />along footprint of pump station or to nearest sewer main at street. Consultant to <br />provide design considerations and calculations for new piping material. <br />19. Remove and replace existing diesel standby generator. Consultant to provide the <br />City design considerations for the new standby generator. <br />20. Incorporate new bypass manhole(s) at influent line(s). Consultant to provide <br />design and location considerations of the new manhole. <br />21.Conduct start-up and testing of mechanical and electrical structures and <br />equipment. <br />22. Remove and replace existing AC pavement. <br />23. Remove and replace existing concrete pad, concrete pavement, concrete <br />sidewalk and curb and gutter. <br />24. Furnish and install appropriate recycled water pipeline, quick coupler valve, <br />backflow, preventer and other appurtenances. Consultant to provide design <br />considerations for the new recycled water line. <br />25. Landscape restoration including but not limited to grass lawn, plants and etc. <br />26.
