C. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant shall perform and provide the following: <br />TASK 1 -PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />This task includes the overall management of the project. This task includes, but is <br />not limited to the following: <br />1. Consultant shall provide project coordination; communicating project issues with <br />the City; setting up the project plan; preparing and maintaining a project <br />decision log; design schedule including developing the project work plan; <br />preparing a project schedule as well as maintaining, monitoring and updating <br />that schedule; tracking and reporting job progress. <br />2. Consultant shall perform Quality Control Reviews and Quality Assurance of <br />submittals. <br />3. Consultant shall attend five (5) meetings (not including Task 8) with City staff; <br />Project kick-off meeting, Basis of Design Report Review meeting, 75% Design <br />Review meeting, 95% Final Design review meeting, and pre -construction <br />meeting. Consultant shall confirm attendance, prepare agendas and meeting <br />notes, provide handouts, and coordinate action items at each meeting. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Electronic PDF of the project decision log, with periodic updates shall be issued <br />as needed by the Consultant <br />• Electronic PDF and hard copy of the project schedule, with periodic updates shall <br />be issued monthly by the Consultant <br />• Detailed invoices - hard copies shall be submitted monthly by the Consultant <br />• Project status reports shall be submitted monthly via email in PDF format by the <br />Consultant <br />• Meeting agenda and minutes shall be submitted via email in electronic formats <br />by the Consultant <br />• QA/QC Plan and Documentation shall be submitted via email in PDF format by <br />the Consultant <br />TASK 2 -SURVEYING AND UTILITIES RESEARCH <br />This tasks includes the surveying and utilities research for the project. The tasks <br />include, but are not limited to the following: <br />1. Consultant shall research and review the existing utilities from City as -built <br />plans and private utility companies. <br />2. Consultant shall prepare the topographic base mapping for the project.
