<br /> City agrees to pay the salary and to provide the benefits for the <br />Employment Positions, and C/CAG hereby agrees to reimburse City fully for the <br />amount of such salary and benefits and to pay the administrative charge <br />described hereinafter. Further, the persons appointed to the Employment <br />Positions shall be entitled to, and City agrees to provide, any additional <br />compensation benefits which pertain to positions of employment within City's <br />classified service, the job specifications and responsibilities for which are <br />substantially comparable to the job descriptions and responsibilities of the <br />Employment Positions, respectively; provided, that City shall have no obligation <br />to payor provide for such additional benefits until City shall have received written <br />approval thereof, and agreement to reimburse City therefor, from C/CAG. <br /> C/CAG shall provide all offices, work space, facilities, supplies, materials <br />and equipment necessary or appropriate for the performance of the duties of the <br />Employment Positions. City shall have no responsibility or obligation to provide <br />any such offices, facilities, supplies, materials or equipment. <br /> 3. TERM. The initial term of this agreement shall commence January <br />1, 1996 and expire December 31, 1996; provided, that this agreement shall be <br />renewable automatically for successive one-year termG, unless sooner <br />terminated as hereinafter provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party <br />may terminate this agreement by giving the other party not less than ninety (90) <br />days' prior written notice thereof.
