<br /> Upon termination or anticipated termination of this agreement, C/CAG <br />shall have the right, at its discretion, to negotiate with the persons appointed to <br />the Employment Positions for continued employment by, or for, C/CAG either as <br />employees directly with C/CAG or with another public agency or as otherwise <br />determined by C/CAG. Further, in the event of termination, C/CAG shall direct <br />City relative to actions to be taken regarding termination of the persons <br />appointed to the Employment Positions, or either of them, provided, that such <br />direction shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of the agreements entered <br />into between City and the persons appointed to said positions. <br /> 4. PAYMENTS. <br /> A. REIMBURSEMENT. C/CAG shall reimburse City for all costs incurred <br /> by City pursuant hereto. Said costs include actual costs incurred by <br /> City under its self-insurance programs or otherwise in satisfying <br /> workers compensation, unemployment, dental, and vehicle accident <br /> claims in excess of the Contract Employees' coverage, payroll services, <br /> salary and City's Benefits, or other benefits specified by C/CAG, and for <br /> costs incurred by City in administering said claims, payroll services, <br /> salaries, and benefits. Without limitation upon the foregoing, C/CAG <br /> shall compensate City for City's costs for providing services hereunder <br /> in the amount of three percent (3%) of the sum of the salaries and the <br /> costs of City's Benefits and other benefits (if any) payable to the <br /> persons appointed to the Employment Positions. <br /> B.
