<br /> b. The VENDOR will send the contesting party's letter, the notice of <br /> date, time and place of hearing, and notice of illegal parking <br /> information to the COUNTY. <br /> c. The COUNTY will calendar the matter for hearing before a <br /> commissioner other than the one who conducted the review. <br /> d. The COUNTY will notify The Vendor of the finding. <br /> e. The VENDOR will update the system to reflect the finding of the <br /> Hearing Officer. <br /> II. Filing of Notices of Parking Violation <br /> A. The CITY will transmit all electronic Notices of Parking Violation directly to the <br /> Vendor. <br /> B. The CITY may deliver handwritten Notices of Parking Violation to the Branch of <br /> the court which has jurisdiction of their traffic citations. Notices of Parking <br /> Violation delivered to the court shall be identified as parking violations and <br /> delivered separately from any traffic citation delivered to the court. <br /> C. Notices of Parking Violation delivered to the court will be transmitted to <br /> VENDOR for processing. <br /> III. MATERIALS CONFIDENTIALITY <br /> All requests for reports, information, data, including but not limited to, all computer tapes <br /> or discs, files, and tapes furnished or prepared by the COUNTY or the VENDOR, for the <br /> purpose of processing notices of illegal parking shall be referred to the entity from which <br /> the documents originated and subject to City, County, State and Federal regulations on <br /> confidentiality . <br /> IV. INSPECTION AND AUDIT <br /> ALL COUNTY and VENDOR records, files, or tapes shall be available for inspection <br /> and audit by CITY and COUNTY staff upon twenty-four (24) hour notification. The <br /> COUNTY and VENDOR shall maintain all records, files, or tapes for a period of not less <br /> than three (3) years from the date of final disposition of the Notice of Illegal Parking <br /> Violation. In case of termination and non-renewal of this agreement, all such records <br /> shall be returned to the CITY. <br /> 8 <br /> . - .- _. .-._...._.-",.~..., r- ... <br />
