1. Consultant will provide the additional services set forth in Exhibit "A", and <br />such services will be considered part of the Services for purposes of the Agreement. <br />2. City will pay Consultant a not -to -exceed amount of Forty -Nine Thousand <br />Seven Hundred Forty -Five Dollars ($49,745) for the completion of all the services <br />described in Exhibit "A", which sum will include all costs or expenses incurred by <br />Consultant. Including all amendments through Amendment No. 4, the total amount <br />payable under the Agreement will be a not -to -exceed amount of Eight Million Four <br />Hundred Sixty Thousand Eight Hundred Fifteen Dollars ($8,460,815). <br />3. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. <br />4. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Consultant pursuant to <br />the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment. <br />5.
