REV: 05-21-24 VR <br />Consultant will provide all necessary services listed under the following sub-tasks: <br />Task 3.6.2 Structure Design Plans/Calculations <br />Consultant will update and revise design calculations and structure plans and resubmit <br />an Unchecked 65% PS&E Submittal for all structures involved (all bridges and all <br />retaining walls) to Caltrans/Office Specially Funded Projects and the City for review. The <br />plans will also be revised to include the use of updated Caltrans Standard Plans as well <br />as new detailing procedures related to the use of standard plans. <br />Consultant may be required to re-design foundations and retaining walls due to the <br />change in seismic code requirements. A contingency budget is reserved for this <br />anticipated additional effort under Task 9. Contract manager’s written approval is required <br />to utilize this fund. <br />Task 3.12 Construction General Permit Compliance (CGP) <br />Consultant will update the following documents as needed: <br />Cost estimates for additional Inspections /Monitoring/ Sampling/ Rain Event Action <br />Plan, as applicable, based on the risk assessment of the Project for the PS&E <br />package. <br />Resident Engineer File to describe the new CGP requirements for BMPs (year- <br />round) on construction contracts and instructions on how to file the Project <br />Registration Documents into the Stormwater Multiple Application & Report <br />Tracking System (SMARTS) to obtain coverage under the CGP. <br />Water Quality Handouts to the Contractors bidding on the Project, which includes <br />new general guidelines for the new permit requirements. <br />Task 3 Deliverables will include: <br />Unchecked Structure Plans (all bridges and all retaining walls) <br />Resident Engineer File Documents <br />Water Quality Handouts <br />Task 4: 95% PS&E Phase – Consultant will re-submit the 95% PS&E package to reflect <br />the following: <br />The previous major significant 95% PS&E comments from Caltrans, City & <br />other agencies. <br />The 65% Structures PS&E with responses to review comments for all <br />structures (all bridges and special designed walls) received from Caltrans. <br />Caltrans current standard plans. <br />Caltrans current standard specifications. <br />Updated existing conditions from field visits and field surveys. <br />UPRR input/updates (UPRR Conceptual Approval). <br />Broadway Plaza development features (East & West of Woodside Road). <br />Harbor View Proposed development features. <br />City Sanitary Sewer project update. <br />Updated Tree Survey and Wetland locations. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024/Amend.
