REV: 05-21-24 VR <br />Sub-tasks for the new 95% submittal will include: <br />Task 4.0 Support for 95% Restart (new task) <br />Consultant will provide support to the City during project restart including but not limited <br />to reviews of Project conformance and coordination with regards to City, Caltrans and <br />third-party projects that may impact Project features, and supplemental work and <br />coordination relating to proposed Broadway Plaza and Harbor View development <br />projects. <br />Task 4.1 Supplemental Design Exceptions <br />Consultant will provide a Supplemental Design Standard Decision Document, prepared <br />as per design exceptions identified in Task 3.1, and coordinate with Caltrans' Project <br />Development for approval. <br />Task 4.2 Design Plan Sheets <br />Consultant will incorporate agreed upon major significant comments received from <br />Caltrans, the City and other agencies into the design plan sheets submitted as directed <br />and prepare complete highway and structure construction plans. Structure plans will be <br />updated to the new current seismic code. <br />Task 4.3 Specifications and Special Provisions <br />Consultant will incorporate all agreed upon comments into the Special Provisions and <br />prepare Special Provisions which are specific to the Project for use with Caltrans' 2023 <br />Standard Specifications or latest edition. SSP's will be submitted in MS Word format. <br />Consultant will ensure that construction work items for the Project have a method of <br />payment stated in the Specifications and are accounted for in the Construction Cost <br />Estimate. <br />Task 4.4 Design Reports <br />Consultant will update and submit design reports not previously approved under Task <br />2.6. The updates will incorporate all the agreed upon comments from the City, Caltrans <br />and other agencies as may be required. <br />Task 4.5 Permits <br />After Caltrans' receipt of the San Francisco RWQCB Section 401 Water Quality <br />Certification permit, Consultant will review conditions of this permit with Caltrans, <br />determine if conditions can be accommodated in the Project, and update the design <br />documents accordingly, if necessary. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024/Amend.
