• Integration of relocations into Project stage construction/traffic handling <br />• Integration of elements into the Project construction schedule <br />• 95% PS&E for inclusion into 95% Project submittal <br />o Update Non -Standard Special Provisions (NSSPs) for Section 77 Local <br />Infrastructure <br />o Obtain required reviews of NSSPs regarding their justification, completeness, <br />consistency and format by Caltrans units as follows in order: Design, District <br />4 Office Engineer, District 4 Construction Caltrans Headquarters <br />• 100% PS&E for inclusion into 100% Project submittal <br />o Update NSSPs for Section 77 Local Infrastructure <br />o Obtain required reviews of NSSPs regarding their justification, completeness, <br />consistency and format by Caltrans units as follows in order: Design, District <br />4 Office Engineer, District 4 Construction and Caltrans Headquarters <br />• Final PS&E for inclusion into the final Bid Documents <br />• Utility Certification of these facilities <br />Design of the listed sanitary sewer and water design will include the following additions and/or <br />modifications to subtasks as described in the Agreement. <br />Task 1 Project Management <br />The following subtasks will be conducted. <br />1.1 Project Administration — Supervise, coordinate and monitor planning and design for <br />conformance with Caltrans standards and policies. CONSULTANT will establish and implement <br />a quality control procedure for design activities, perform in-house quality control reviews for each <br />task, and submit project deliverables to the CITY, COUNTY, SVCW or Caltrans, or all for review <br />in accordance with the approved schedule. Integrate the sanitary sewer and water design <br />schedule into the PS&E schedule. <br />1.5 Technical Meetings — CONSULTANT will attend up to eight (8) technical meetings with <br />the sanitary sewer and water owners for input, coordination and review. <br />Task 1 Deliverables <br />• Updated Quality Control Plan/Documentation <br />• Updated CPM Schedule <br />• Agendas, meeting minutes, action items, and meeting packages as required <br />• Correspondence and memos as required <br />Task 2 PS&E Support <br />The following subtasks will be conducted. <br />2.2 Field Surveys — CONSULTANT will provide supplemental field surveys for sanitary sewer <br />and water design, which will include verifying existing utilities and other features necessary to <br />complete the sanitary sewer and water relocation design. <br />2.5 Utility Identification and Verification — Existing sanitary sewer and water will be located <br />using the latest as-builts, visual inspection of surface features, and other available data. Where <br />required, potholing will be conducted to positively identify sanitary sewer and water utilities. <br />Approximately 20 potholes are planned.
