Task 2 Deliverables <br />• Sanitary Sewer Field Survey Data <br />Task 3 65% PS&E Phase <br />The following subtasks will be conducted. <br />3.6.1 Highway Design Plans — CONSULTANT will prepare 65% level Design Plan Sheets <br />detailing the sanitary sewer and water relocations, using the following code letters and sheet <br />names: <br />ID Code Sheet Name <br />SS Sanitary Sewer Plans (6 sheets) <br />SSPS Sanitary Sewer Profiles (4 sheets) <br />SSD Sanitary Sewer Details and Quantities (4 sheets) <br />W Water Line Plan, Profiles and Details (16 sheets) <br />3.7 Specifications and Special Provisions — CONSULTANT will prepare sanitary sewer and <br />water NSSPs for Section 77 Local Infrastructure in accordance with utility owner standards and <br />Caltrans' format, and incorporate them into the roadway Special Provisions. <br />3.9 Quantities and Cost Estimate — CONSULTANT will develop Construction Quantities and <br />Cost Estimates in standard Caltrans format for the sanitary sewer and water facilities and <br />incorporate them into the respective project documents. <br />Task 3 Deliverables (to CITY & utility owners only) <br />• Updated Design Plan Sheets (65%) <br />• Updated Edits and Modifications to the Special Provisions and NSSP's (65%) <br />• Updated Quantity Estimate <br />• Updated Construction Cost Estimate <br />• Updated Construction Schedule <br />• Updated electronic files of plan sheets submitted <br />Task 4 95% PS&E Phase <br />The following subtasks will be conducted. <br />4.2 Design Plan Sheets — CONSULTANT will incorporate all agreed upon comments <br />received from CITY and sanitary sewer and water owners into the design plan sheets and prepare <br />complete 95% Design sanitary sewer and water construction plans. <br />4.3 Specifications and Special Provisions — CONSULTANT will incorporate all agreed <br />upon comments into the Special Provisions and prepare 95% Special Provisions which are <br />specific to the Project for use with Caltrans 2018 Standard Specifications or latest edition. SSP's <br />will be submitted in MS Word format. CONSULTANT will assure that every construction work item <br />for the Project has a method of payment stated in the Specifications and is accounted for in the <br />Construction Cost Estimate. <br />4.6 Quantities and Cost Estimate — CONSULTANT will update the Construction Quantity <br />Estimate prepared in Task 3.9. CONSULTANT will submit 95% quantity calculations showing all <br />sketches, diagrams and dimensions necessary for their use by field inspectors. All quantity <br />calculations will be independently checked.
