Task 4 Deliverables (to CITY, Caltrans, & utility owners) <br />• Updated Design Plan Sheets <br />• Updated Special Provisions <br />• Updated Quantity Estimate <br />• Updated Construction Cost Estimate <br />• Updated Construction Schedule <br />• Updated Draft PS&E Forms <br />• Updated Design Calculations <br />• Updated Quantity Calculations <br />• Updated Response to 65% PS&E Comments integrating comments pertaining to <br />sanitary sewer and water improvements <br />• Updated Electronic files of plan sheets submitted <br />Task 5 100% PS&E Phase <br />The following subtask will be conducted. <br />5.1 Plans, Specifications and Estimates — CONSULTANT will update the Design Sheets, <br />Special Provisions and Quantity Estimates prepared in Tasks 4.2, 4.3, and 4.6 and incorporate <br />the comments received from CITY, COUNTY, Caltrans and all of its units, and the sanitary sewer <br />and water owners. CONSULTANT will submit to CITY and Caltrans the revised Quantities and <br />Cost Estimate. CONSULTANT will coordinate the plans, specifications and estimates with those <br />of other design consultants and assure that highway design interfaces with structures design <br />when all documents are combined to form a single Project PS&E package. It is understood that <br />the project will be Advertised, Awarded and Administered (AAA) as a Caltrans project and any <br />NSSPs will require approval by Caltrans. The design intent in this light is to integrate local design <br />standards for these improvements. <br />• Task 5 Deliverables (to CITY, Caltrans, & utility owners, integrating elements pertaining <br />to sanitary sewer and water improvements) <br />• Updated Design Plan Sheets <br />• Updated Special Provisions <br />• Updated Construction Cost Estimates <br />• Updated Construction Schedule <br />• Updated PS&E Forms/Approvals <br />• Updated Response to 95% PS&E Comments <br />Task 6 Final PS&E Phase (CALTRANS DISTRICT & HQ REVIEW) <br />The following subtask will be conducted. <br />6.1 Bid Documents - CONSULTANT will incorporate comments received from the CITY and <br />utility owners and Caltrans' District 4 Final Review submittal. CONSULTANT will incorporate <br />responses to comments and changes as a result of the Caltrans District Engineer and Caltrans <br />Headquarters (DES -OE) processing. <br />Task 6 Deliverables (to CITY and Caltrans, integrating elements pertaining to sanitary sewer <br />and water improvements) <br />• Updated Bid Documents <br />• Updated Resident Engineer's File <br />• Updated Survey File <br />• Updated Final PS&E Forms, if changed <br />ATTY/AGR/2019/AMENDMENTS/AMEND NO.2—AECOM 101/84 PS&E <br />REV: 07-03-19 DZ <br />Page 6 of 13 <br />
