Vendor Selection <br /> Psomas will support the city throughout the process of selecting a vendor for the <br /> automated permit system. The activities involved with the selection include <br /> developing a short list of candidate permit system vendors to request proposals, <br /> answering vendor questions prior to their proposal submission, reviewing and <br /> evaluating proposals, interviewing vendors, making final selection, and negotiating <br /> vendor scope. Psomas will work closely with the city during each activity, providing <br /> perspectives and direction based on our prior experience and understanding of the <br /> city needs. <br /> <br /> Deliverables <br /> <br /> 2.5.1. Consulting support and onsite meetings <br /> <br />2.6. Detailed System Implementation Planning <br /> A System implementation plan defines all activities, deliverables and expected <br /> results that are associated with the implementation of the selected automated <br /> permit system. The activities extend beyond the specific services of the permit <br /> system vendor and include city activities such as workflow review, training, <br /> establishing a help desk, managing the cut over from the old system, and <br /> decommissioning the old system. <br /> <br /> Psomas will work with the city and the selected vendor to define all major activities <br /> that are needed to assure successful system deployment.
