Redwood City ~- Automated F..~nit System Consulting Services incorporated within System Implementation Plan that defines tasks, responsibilities, task dependencies, and schedule. The purpose of the Plan is to assure all major activities are defined in advance to facilitate managing the overall project. The Plan will be provided in MS Word and MS Project to facilitate updating throughout the project. Deliverables 2.6.1. System Implementation Plan - Draft 2.6.2. System Implementation Plan - Final 2.7. System Implementation Support Psomas will provide ongoing consulting and project management support to the city during the system development and deployment period. We will monitor progress of tasks within the System Implementation Plan and assist in resolving problems that may occur during the project. Additionally, we will assist the city in evaluating the vendor deliverables to confirm compliance with contractual obligations. Major activities of this task include: Vendor kickoff meeting - Psomas will participate in the initial project kickoff meeting to present the City technical requirements and review the vendor's proposed project approach. Implementation consulting support - Throughout the implementation, Psomas will provide support to the city and the vendor as appropriate to help resolve issues, make decisions, and assure the project stays on track. Vendor deliverable review - Psomas will review each deliverable from the vendor to the City and provide written comments to the City. We will meet with the city and vendor when appropriate to discuss and resolve issues. System acceptance testing - Psomas will work with the City to perform system evaluation and acceptance testing. Detailed project requirements and performance standards will be used to evaluate the performance of the delivered system. Psomas will prepare a system acceptance test report that documents the results of the testing process. Psomas March 20, 2001 6
