(f) Four (4) single mode fibers shall be terminated at each.location specified <br />in Exhibit B, requiring access to the I-NET (such termination is defined as an "I-NET <br />Drop"). <br /> <br /> (g) RCN shall maintain the I-NET as follows: <br /> <br /> (i) The I-NET shall be maintained at all times in the downstream and <br /> <br />upstream mode(s) to conform to FCC standards, if any. <br /> <br /> (ii) The hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday are defined <br />as Prime Business Hours for the City. During Prime Business Hours, RCN shall make <br />its best efforts to initiate action(s) to correct critical outages, related to the portion of the <br />I-NET provided by RCN, as brought to the attention of RCN by the City's I-NET <br />Administrator, within two (2) hours of the time that it is notified of any such outage by <br />the City's I-NET Administrator; provided, however, that in no event shall RCN respond <br />to and initiate action to such outage(s) later than the end of the day if notified by 3:00 <br />P.M. The City shall identify, and provide to RCN, a telephone number for the City's I- <br />NET Administrator. <br /> <br /> (iii) For critical outages occurring outside of Prime Business Hours, <br />RCN shall initiate action(s) to correct such outages not later than 8:00 AM the following <br />day. <br /> <br /> (iv) For all non-critical outages and any signal degradations caused by <br />RCN's portion of the I-Net, RCN shall respond within six (6) hours during Prime <br />Business Hours, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties hereto and diligently pursue <br />any and all avenues to remedy the problem. <br /> <br /> <br />
