following the Year of the Participant ' s death) and <br /> shall be paid over a period that does not exceed <br /> the life or life expectancy of the surviving <br /> spouse . <br /> (b) If the Participant dies prior to the Participant ' s <br /> Required Beginning Date and the Beneficiary is not <br /> the Participant ' s surviving spouse, the entire <br /> Account balance shall be distributed no later than <br /> W the last day of the Year which includes the <br /> fifth (5th) anniversary of the Participant 's <br /> death, or (ii) if distributions to the Beneficiary <br /> commence by the last day of the Year immediately <br /> following the Year of the Participant ' s death, the <br /> last day of the Year which includes the fifteenth <br /> (15th) anniversary of the Participant ' s death. <br /> (c) If the Participant dies after the Participant 's <br /> Required Beginning Date or after the commencement <br /> of distributions in the form of an annuity, the <br /> Beneficiary may not elect to defer the commence- <br /> ment of death benefits, and the Participant' s <br /> remaining Account shall be distributed at least as <br /> rapidly as under the method selected by the <br /> Participant . <br /> (d) In the event that a Beneficiary dies before all <br /> payments to the Beneficiary have been completed, <br /> the remaining value of the Participant ' s Account <br /> shall be paid to the estate of the Beneficiary in <br /> a lump sum. <br /> (e) If there are two or more Beneficiaries, the <br /> provisions of this Section 6 . 7 and Section 6 . 8 <br />
