No <br />one else wished to speak. <br />M /S: Stangel /LaBerge to close the public hearing. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote and public hearing closed at 9:08 p.m. <br />(Council recessed from 9:08 to 9:20 p.m.) <br />Mayor Greenalch pointed out that the proposed ordinance does provide a <br />minimum base allocation. (SEE Section 5.(a)(3)) <br />In response to comments by speakers, Mr. Sennewald said that several water <br />rationing plans were reviewed and the 10/60 Plan was found to be the most <br />equitable as it takes into consideration water conservation already in <br />practice and human needs over those for landscaping. He said that appeals <br />may be filed for individual situations such as changes in size of household, <br />kitchen gardens and illness. He described the manner of determining <br />allocation for new construction and how San Francisco's allocation to the <br />City is made. <br />Title read.
