It is our understanding that the project scope consists of street <br />furnishings that will be installed as part of a streetscape improvement <br />project. The proposed fees below are based on a scope of work defined by the <br />following items: <br /> 1) 4 " Ga teway " structures flanking the ends of Theater Street <br /> (estimated feature cost: $250,000) <br /> 2 ) 9 Planter Column features <br /> (estimated feature cost: $250,000) <br />We propose to perform this scope on a fixed fee basis as follows: <br />Total Architectural Fee (75% + 100% submittals): $ 59,147.00 <br />Structural Engineering Fee: $ 7,500.00 <br />Total Mech/Elec. Engineering Fee: $ 4,000.00 <br />Total A+E Fee $ 70,647.00 <br />Any additional work is outside the scope of this proposal and will be billed <br />separately on an hourly basis per the fee schedule shown on the attachment. <br />We look forward to working with you on this project.
