<br />and deaths from Janftary 1,19119be received and filed, Motion carried.
<br />Communication from Geo.West ,with bill: amounting to 46.00,for rent of gas 'box 1n old
<br />oity pound. Trustee Hyndinf;,seconded by Trustee Beeger,moved that the City Clerk no-
<br />tify Mr Test that the City does not claim ownership and no one was authorized to incur ally
<br />expense on behalf of Town Motion carried.

<br />Town of Redwood City when and where all persons may appear before said Board of Trustees
<br />and show cause if any they have Why the improvements provided for by resolutions hereto-
<br />fore adopted by this Board,in what is known as Assessment district No. 16;should not be
<br />proceeded With,and affidavits of posting and publishing having been filed with this Board,
<br />and which are now on file and to which referalce is hereby made,and it appearing to said
<br />Board of Trustees that notice of said hearing has been conspicuously posted in more than
<br />three of the most public places within said Town of Redwood City,and along the street front
