•. v - <br />of said Town of Redwood City, are hereby authorized, for and on behalf of the said Town of <br />Redwood City, and as its act and deed, to cause to be executed and delivered a proper US4.- <br />instrument granting, releasing 4nd quit—claiming any and all title, right, claim or <br />interest which said Town of Redwood City has ever had, or now has, or appears to have with <br />respect to the said land and premises hereinbefore mentioned, as ex6ending between the Saida <br />northerly Tine of Stambaugh Street and said sweeney Addition. <br />Motion introducing the foregoing Resolution was seconded by Trustee Ddleau, and <br />wasrpassed and adopted by•the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, at a <br />regular mee6ing of the Board held on the 16th. day of September, 1912, by the <br />following vote. <br />Ayes, and in favor of the passage of the said Resolution, <br />Trustees, Deleau, Hahir, Hynding, Sampson and Merrill. <br />Noes, and against the passage of said Resolution, <br />Absent, <br />Attest, <br />Trustees, None. <br />" None.
