<br />The regu lar meeting.of the Board of Town Trusbees was hold.
<br />Upon roll call there were present, Trustees, Pres.Geo.A.Yerr "l, 9eo.A.Deleau,
<br />J.J.Hahir, C.J.Hynding, E.H.Sampson ans Town Clark, G-C.Plump.
<br />The minutes of the meeting held Feb. 17th. and 26th., wets read and upon motion of
<br />Trustee Hahir, seconded by Tru9t0e Hynding and carried the same were approved as read.
<br />The application of F.A.Hackett for a permit dor a Class A liquor license on the
<br />premises now occupied by Ed.E.Price, was, on motion of Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee
<br />Hynding and carried, laid over until next meeting to be properly advertised.
<br />The report of J.O.Dickey, Supt.of Streets, relative to amount of new water pipe
<br />required in proposed new Street District, and Roosevelt Avenue, was referred to Street Committee,
<br />The report of CityiMechanie Werder relative to Changes, in street lighting system ,
<br />was received and riled on motion of Trustee: Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carded.
<br />On motion of Trustee Hahir, seconded by Trustee Sampson ans carried, the Sequoia Hotel Company
<br />was granted permission to erect a sign post on the Corner of Dain St. and Broadway, on sidewalk
<br />two feet fron the curb.
<br />On motion of Trustee Hynding seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried , Supt, of Streets Dickey
<br />was authorized to change water piprs from'County Road to Cemetery,
<br />Trustee Deleau of the Finance Committee recommended the appointment of.W.H.Kelso to
<br />assist the Town Assessor in the preparation of 'the Assessment Roll for the year of 1913-14
<br />The maximiun charge to be not over three hundred ($300) dollars. On motion of Trustee Del eau,
<br />seconded by Trustee Hahir and carried , W.H.Kelso received the appointment.
<br />Supt.of Streets Dickey reported progress in the matter of pumping water and drainage Tf ROSCEtn
<br />mosquito breeding pools.

<br />Trustee Hynding moved that Ordinance 130 be adopted. Motion seconded by Trustee Deleau
<br />and carried by the following vote. i
<br />Ayes, and in favor of the adoption of the said Ordinance .,
<br />Trustees Deleau, Hahir, Hynding, Sampson and Merrill,
<br />i
<br />Noes, and against ther adoption of said Ordinance,
<br />Trustees, None, Absent, Trustees, None.

<br />This being the time' set for hearing the report of the Committee appointed to inspect street
<br />work, and no report being offered, the matter was laid over until next meeting, on Thursiay
<br />March 13th.,1913 at 7/30 -P.M..
<br />The work in question was gone over thoroughly by Pres,Merrill who questioned Supt.Of
<br />Streets Dickey, Mr,Sears, the Engineer in charge, Mr.A.P.Merrill the Inspector, Mr,,Kincald
<br />and Mr.Benson. The result of the investigation before the Board wa s that work performed
<br />by A.Telehert & Son, Contractors, was properly done. No specific charges were made and no
<br />attempt to prove that work was not up to the specifications and contract.
