documents , proceedings , and activities related to the Agreement for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement. 14. Ownership of Documents. Any reports and other material prepared by or on behalf of Superion under this Agreement (collectively, the "Documents") shall be and remain the property of Superion . Customer may request copies of such Documents, and to the extent Superion agrees to provide copies of such Documents and subject to any confidentiality provisions contained in this Agreement, they may be used by Customer and its agents, employees, representatives, and assigns , in whole or in part, or in modified form, for all purposes Customer may deem appropriate, without further employment of or payment of any compensation to Superion , with the exception of any Documents which may be characterized as software or software documentation . For the sake of clarity, this provision does not relate to Customer Data (defined in Section 10.2(f) of Exhibit A, Attachment 1 (Superion Standard Terms) , which is and shall remain the property of Customer. 15 . Copyrights .
