And Whereas,within the time fixed in said Resolution of Intention No -32 when where <br />any and all persons having any pbjectons to the proposed work and irmprovements,,in said <br />Resolution of Intention No -32 could appear before the Board of Trustees of said Town of <br />Redwood City and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried <br />out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No-32,certain owners of property liable <br />to be assessed ffor daid work made a written protest against the proposed work, and the <br />extent of the district to be assessed, and <br />iMEREAS at the time fixed in said RESOLUTION of Intention ]BO.32 for hearing objections <br />and protests said Board. of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City proceeded to hear the pro- <br />test hereinbefore mentioned and a partial hearing was had on same on the 25th.day of <br />Septemher,1916, and thereupon the further hearing of said protest was continued until the <br />next regular meeting of said Board Monday October 2nd.1916 at the hour of 7-30 P -M- of <br />4 <br />said day, and <br />WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City proceeded to hear and pass <br />said protest, and havmng duly considered and hear the same, it is hereby <br />j RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that the written protest <br />201 <br />
