U <br />265 <br />Trustee Tuohsen moves the adoption of the following Resolution,Trustee McNulty seconds <br />t#e motion, <br />' RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WIDTH OF VERA AVE,ETC. <br />WHEREAS, on the 7th.day of May 1917 the Town of Redwood City through its Board of Trusteef, <br />received and accepted a deed from C.A.Hooper. a corporation wherein and whereby there was <br />v <br />deeded to said Town of Redwood City a strip along the westerly side of Vera avenue 29 feet <br />in width from the county road or E1 Camino Real to Fulton street for the purpose of widen- <br />ing Vera avenue and making same a seventy foot street; es�'�Gli'sbin� <br />tri d it2 <br />AND WHEREAS said deed has been recorded by said Town of Redwood City in the office of os - <br />the County.Reoorder of the County of San Mateo,State of Californias Uer4 ke <br />Now therefore be it Resolved that said land conveyed by said C.A.Hooper & Co. a corporation <br />as'aforefiaid be dedicated to public use and make a portion of Vera avenue and said avenue <br />be and the same is hereby declared to be seventy feet in width. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular <br />meeting of said Board held on the 21 st.day of May,1917,by the following vote; <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution,Trustees, <br />Geo.A.Merrill,Geo.W.Me.Nulty,Carl X.Mabie,H.C.Tuchaen,E.H.Sampson. <br />----------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution,Trustees, <br />None. <br />------------------------- --------------------------- =---------------- <br />Absent,Trustees,None. <br />-------------------------- <br />E.H.Sampson. <br />-----------------=--------------------- <br />President of the Board of Trustees of the <br />Town of Redwood City* <br />Attest.W.A.Price. <br />-------------------------- <br />Clerk of the Town of Redwood City. <br />I hereby approve the foregoing Resolution this 2Ist day of May,1917. <br />sHeSampsono <br />-----E---------------- <br />President of the Board of Trustees of the <br />Town of Redwood City. <br />Affidavit of D.E.O'$eefe in the matter of Publishing Notice of change of grade on Lincoln <br />Avenue,was on motion of Trustee Tuohsen,seconded by Trustee same be received and filed, <br />Motion Carried. <br />Affidavit of D.E.O'Keefe in the matter of Publishing Resolution of Intention A.2 and the <br />affidavits of W.A.Price,City Clerk -and Ed.Dearborn,Supt,of Streets in the matter,of Posting <br />of Resolution of Intention A-2- was on mption of Trustee Tucheen,seconded by Trustee Merril. <br />same be received and filed,Motion Carried. <br />Trustee Tuchsen moves the adoption of the following Resolution, Trustee Mo.Nulty seconds <br />the motion, <br />RESOLUTION. <br />A RESOLUTION CHANGING,RE-establishing and Establishing the grades of TAinooln avenue from <br />the center line of Fulton Street to the southerly end of said Lincoln avenue in the Town of <br />Wes Vljtld'j� <br />Redwood City.
