Te.5,oh 101r Ordsr hPlIa, was introduced and heard supporting the allegations and matters set forth and contained in said petition,from which} it appears that all the s�atements.facts and signatures set forth in said,petition are true, and that the signatures to said petition are the genuine signatures of said petitioners,severally and tespectively; that said petition is in proper form and was duly signed and that all the signatures set forth and ststed were at the time said petition was signed, and now are true and correct, and that said petition is digned 44' by not less than one-tenth in number of the qualified electors of the Town of Redwood tb City,computed upon the number of votes cast at the last general municipal election held in said Town, and that in the opinion of said Board of Trustees the said petition should be granted. as prayed for, - NOW THEREFORE, after a full examination and consideration,it is hereby resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City; - SECTION I. That the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City hereby finds and determines that all of the petitioners are residents of said Town of Redwood City, and are registered, qualified electors thereof, .and were such at the time of the signing of said petition and that each of said petitioners has since the Ist.day of January,1918,made an affidavit of registration as required by law,and that the signatures to said petition are the genuine signatures of said petitioners,severally and respectively,and that said petitioners comprise and constitute not less than one-tenth in number of the,qualified electors of said municipal corporation computed upon the number of votes cast at the last h general municipal election Yield in said Tovrn, and that said petition is signed by not less than one-tenth in number of the qulaified electors of said municipal corporation as so I computed; that said new territory described"in said petition is whooly uninhabited and that said petition contains'a sufficient description of said territory; that said hew territory is cIntiguous to the Town of Redwood Cit;r and that no part of said territory so proposed to be annexed lies within any municipal corporation and said' territory forms no part of any incorporated city or town; that said petition is in proper form and is sufficient in all respects and that.all the facts det forth and ststed therein are true and correct and that it is the mpinion of the Board of Trustees that said petition should be granted as prayed for. SECTION 2.That said petition be, and the same is hereby ordered filled with the Clerk of this Board,he being the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City.,and that said Clerk be, and he is hereby ordered and directed without delay to notify the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo,State of Califirnia,of the fact of the filing of such petition and that said Clerk witliout delay transmit to said Board of Supervisors a certified copy of said petition and of this Resolution. The new territory as in said petition set out and hereinbefore referred to herein is specifically described as follows,to-wit.; All that certd.in territory and parcel of land situste,lying and being contiguous to said Toon of Redwood City, and being in the County of San liateo,State of California, and particularly described as follows.to-wit; Beginning at a point where the northerly boundary line of the land of the Spring Valley Water Company intersects the easterly boundary line of the Town of Redwood City,said point being distant 48.06 feet from the point where the northerly boundary line of the Ra.hcho de las Pulgas intersects the easterly limits of the Town of Redwood City thence .long the northerly boundary line of the lands of the Spring Valley Water Company North 86 30'East 146 feet;thence leaving said northerly boundary line of the lands of the Spring Valley Water Company South 44 57`West 150.77 fent to the southerly boundary line of the lands of the Spring Valley ;'Dater Company;thence albng said southerly boundary line oaf the lands of the Spring Valley Water Company South 86"30'West 35 feet to the easterly limits of the Town of Redwood Uity;thence northerly along said ev.sterly limits of the Town of Redwood City to the point of beginning.
