A strip of land one hundred feet in width, the center line of which follows the center line of the main railroad track of the Redwood City Harbor Company and is more particularly described as follows; Beginning at a pint on the north line of the lands of the Spring Valley Plater Company conveyed to said Company by the Leslie Salt Company by deed recorded. in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Iviat6o,State of California,Nsy 19th,1905,in volume 115 of Deeds at page 187,which said point of beginning is at the intersection of said north line of the lands of the Spring Valley Water Company with the center line -of said railroad track and is distant along said north line of said Spring Vwlley Water Company lands North 86030' �o East 98.5 feet from the Southeast corner of the lands of the Frank Tanning Company;thence fro from said point of beginning and following the center line of the railroad track od the Redwood City Harbor Company on a 7'30' curve to the left a tangent to which.at.the point of beginning bears North 90033 East 647.7 feet to the enl of said curve; thence along tangent North I058'East 1690.0 feet; and thence north 17001' East 2424.2 feet to the center i_ of the slough forming the boundary between the lands of the Leslie Salt Company and the j lands of the Redwood City Harbor Company and containing 10.93 acres of land,nore or less. +, Also all the following territory and parcel of land situa.te,lying and being contiguous to the second parcel of land herein described, and being in the County of San Mateo,State of California, and particularly described as follows,to-wit; I �!
