<br />IN THE MATTER OF LEVYING OF A SECOND AND ADDITIONAL AS3E3SMENT
<br />IN 'tASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.13-Tt

<br />WHEREAS, this Board of Trustees did on the 2nd.day of F6bruary,1920,duly adopting
<br />and_approving the report of C.L.Dimmitt,City Engineer,filed on said day with the Clerk of
<br />said Town of Redwood City,which said report relates to the matter of levying a second and
<br />additional assessment upon the lots,parcels and subvisions of land within the "Assessment
<br />District No -13" of the Town of Redwood City,State of California,by which said resolution
<br />the said Board of Trustees did among other things levy a second and additional assessment
<br />upon the lots abd lands and subdivisions of property within said district for the pturpose
<br />og paying for the improvement heretof1re ordered and done in said proceedinds, for Which
<br />�
<br />said resolution further fixed this Ist.day of MArcht192O, at the hour of 7.30 o'cl ock P.k,
<br />in the Council Chamber or toome,wherein the-Doard of Trustees of the Town o Redwood City
<br />regularly meets,in the Town Hall on Webster Street,in the Town of Redwood City,State of
<br />California,as the time and place for the hearing pro-Tided,for by Section 5 of the "Local
<br />Improvement Act of I901," and
<br />WHEREAS, the matter of the hearing of'said objections came on regularly to be heard
<br />on this Ist.day of March,19209at 7.30.o'cloek O.M.of said day,in the chmabers of said
<br />/
<br />Board in said Town Hall as aforesaid, and this Board did before proceeding with said hearing
<br />enter upon the minutes of the meeting an order reciting that notice of said hearing has
<br />been posted and published by law; and
<br />WHEREAS, this Board did thereupon proceed with the hearing of any and all objections
<br />made in writing•and filed with the clerk of ➢t1is municipality, and did hear all objections
<br />so filed, and did fully and completely finish the said hearing, which said hearing is now
<br />closed;
<br />RESOLVED that all objections filed in the matter be, and the same are hereby over-
<br />ruled,and be it further
<br />RESOLVED that said resolution duly adopted on,the 2nd.day of February,1920,in the
<br />matter of District No -13 as aforesaid,'and said report of C.L.Dimmitt,City Engineer filed
<br />on said 2nd,day of February,1920, with the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City in said matter
<br />and proceeding, and said assessment so made and levied in and by said resolution of February
<br />2,1920, in the matter of said assessment distriet,be, and the same are hereby confirmed.
<br />Passes and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular
<br />meeting of said Board held on this Ist.day of March,1920 by the following vote; -
<br />Ayes and in favor of the padsage of the foregoing Resolution,Trustees.
