<br />Affidavit of City Clerk W.A.Price in the matter of sei`ving.notice of Special meeting
<br />for taking up matter of Police Department,
<br />upon Trustees Carl K.Mabie,M.E.Ryan,Geo.W.Me.Nulty,and J.Q.Jones, and was unable to
<br />serve notice to Trustee Geo.A,Sreiss,on account of his being out of town,was on motion
<br />.of Trustee Jones,seconded by Trustee McNulty said affidavit be received and filed,
<br />Motion Carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Jones, the office of Chief of Polim of tie
<br />Town of Redwood City be declared vacant, said motion was put and carried by the following,'
<br />vote; -
<br />Ayes,Trustees,M.E.Ryan,Geo.W.Me.Nulty,J.C.Jones,Car1 K.Mabie.
