200 <br />Moved by Trustee Kreiss,seconded by Trustee Mabie a warrant in the amount of yp 2938,70 <br />0 <br />be drawn in favor of Chambers and DeGoyler ,it being 5Oo of Chestnut Street sewer,11otion <br />Carried. <br />On motion <br />of Trustee <br />Tuchsen,seconded <br />by <br />Trustee McNulty and <br />carried, <br />a warrant in the <br />�- amount of <br />0 4026, II <br />be drawn in favor <br />of <br />Gladding & McNean & <br />Company <br />,being payment,n-1t <br />full for sewer pipe furnished for the Chestnut Street sewer contract. <br />Moved by Trustee Kroiss,seconded by Trustee Mabie and carried, the Clerk be instructed to <br />notify the Southern Pacific Company, that the Board request them to keep the Broadway <br />5 <br />crossing open at all times.. <br />Affidavit of Zas.D.Hedge in the matter of Publishing and affidavit of Edward Dearborn, <br />Supt,of Streets in the matter of posting notice of closing of a portion of Webster Street, <br />was on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee McNulty,said affidavits be received <br />and filed.Liotion Carried. <br />Tpu.stee McNulty.offers and moves ,seconded by Trustee Kreiss, the Introduction of <br />ORDINANCE NO.2II. <br />Moved by Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee McNulty, the Board purchase the necessary <br />amount of fill for the fire house grounds from A.Hess & Company. at the price of $ I.25 <br />per-gard,payment of same to be made in the fall,also the delivery of said fill to be <br />under the supervision of Supt.of Streets,Motion Carried. <br />' Moved by Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee McNulty that the arrangement heretofore <br />made between the Town of Redwood City and the Redwood City Harbor Company relative to <br />Spur track connection be consumated and that said Town purchase from Redwood City Harbor <br />Company for the'sum of Two Thousand (02000.00) Dollars a spur track connection with the <br />railroad of the said Redwood City Harbor Company with the right to use said railroad. <br />Said connection to be made at any point in the Town limits of said Town as selected by <br />said Town, and payment to be made in the municipal Improvement Bonds of 1920 of said Town <br />when issued and printed. <br />Moved by Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Kreiss that the Board now adjourn toy.'.:. <br />'Thur'sd'ay July 22nd.192O,at 8 o'clock POVI.
