248 <br />Redwood City,February I¢th.192I-7-30 o'clock P.M. <br />Regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood, City held. <br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees;- President M.E.Ryan,Carl B.Mabie, H.C. <br />Tuchsen,Geo.W.MeNulty,Geo.A.Kreiss, City Clerk W.A.Price. <br />Minutes of the regular meeting held January 2Ist.192I and February 7th.192I and special <br />meeting of February IOth.I�2I was read and on motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by <br />Trustee Kreiss,said minutes be approved as read, Motion Carried. <br />Application of the Forester's Hall Assn.for a'permit to hold a dance in Forester's <br />Hall on Saturday n:i.ght,February 19th.192I, and March 5th,192I,was on motion of Trustee <br />Tueshen,seconded by Trustee McNulty said permit be granted until one o'clock,Trustee <br />Tuchsen,McNulty and Kreiss voting Yes,Trustee Ryan and Mabie voting No. Motion Carried. <br />On motion of Trustee Kreiss,seconded by Trustee Mabie, the action of the Board in <br />the matter of A.Baradat,taken at the Special meeting of February I0th.192I,be reconsidered <br />motion carried by TrusteesR&yan,Tuchsen,MeNulty and Mabie voting NO,,.,Lrrustee Kreiss voting <br />TAI Motion BAST: <br />The request of,A.Baradat for a new license for the Saddle Rock Restuarant situated <br />at the cprner of Brodaway and Washington Street was on motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded <br />by Trustee McNulty,said license be denied,Motion Carried. <br />Moved by Trustee McNulty,seconded by Trustee Mabie,we do now adjourn,Motion Carried. <br />City Clerk. <br />6 <br />0 <br />0 <br />
