NOW THEREFORE BE ET RESOLVED, that the following land situate,lying and being in the Town of Redwood City,CALIFORNIA,to-wit; Beginning at the point where the southwesterly line of Franklin street intersects the westerly line o,f Maple Street,as said streets are shown on that certain map entitled"Map of the Property in Villa Lots of J.V.Diller situated in Redwood City" and recored September 18th.1863,in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County,State of California,in Book ifE"of Maps at page 77,and running thence in a straight•line to a point on the north- easterly line of E1 Camino Real,said point being distant northwesterly seventy(70) feet from.the intersection of the northeasterly line of E1 Camino Real and the center line of Concrete culvert on E1 Camino Real near Maple Street running thence along the northeasterly line of E1 Camino Real southeasterly to the intersection of the said northeasterly line of El Camino Real and the westerly line 'of Maple Street,thence running along the said westerly 'J,:e line of Maple Street to the point of beginning, and being the same land described the deed hereinbefore herein mentioned and now being in use as a public street or portion of a public street be and.the same is hereby dedicated as a public street for the use and benefit of the public same being added to -Maple street and be known as and called Maple street.
