Redwood City,April 7th -2919,8 o'clock P.M. Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood held. Upon roll call there were present; -Trustees, President Carl K.Mabie,M.E.Ryan,Geo.W. a4dc.Nulty,J.C.Jones,Geo.A.Kreiss,City Clerk W.A.Price. Minutes of regular meeting held March 17th.1919, and the adjourned meeting held March 31st -1919 were read and ori motion of Trustee Jones,seconded by Trustee Kreiss,and carried same be approved as read. On motion of Trustee Kreiss,seconded by Trustee Ryan the Supt,of Streets be instructed to proceed at once constructing bath houses, .and furnishing sand for the bathing site,same y, amount not to exceed the sum of Three hundred(4 300.00) dollars,liotion,Carried. r On motion of Trustee Kreiss,seconded by Trustee Jories,the clerk be instructed to invite bids for an eight (8) ton Galoline Roller,same to be received Monday April 2Ist-1919;at ,f 8o'clook P.M. Motion Carried. Supplementary report of City Engineer Dimmitt giving the estimate cost of bridges on Oak Avenue,Ebner Street and Roosevelt Avenue was .on motion of Trustee D4c.,Walty.,seconde..d,bys Trustee Kreiss' same be received and filed,Motion Carried. RESOLUTION -$ I20,000 BOND ISSUE. --------------------------- i Trustee Mc.Nulty offers the following RESOLUTION and moved its adoption, to -wit; The Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City does hereby determine and resolve as follows,to-wit; SECTION I.That the public interest and public necessity of said municipality, said Town of Redwood 0ity, and of the inhabitants thereof,demands the aequisition,construct ion and completion of the following municipal improvements in and for said Town,to-wit, The construction of concrete bridges upon the following named streets in said Town of Redwood City,at the following places,to-wit; i One on Broadway over Redwood Creek;one on Washington street over the westerly arm or branch pf Redwood Creek;one on Webster street over the westerly arm or branch of Redwood Creek;one on 14aple street between Franklin street and the Southern Pacific Railroad Company right of way and over the easterly arm or branch of Redwood Creek;one on Lathrop street over the easterly arm or branch of Redwood Creek;one on Ebener street between Redwood Avenue and Oak avenue,over the creek;one on Oak avenue between Woodrow street and Davis street,over the T creek. That the estimate cost of the work and improvement described in Section I above menti.onei is the sum of sixty thousand ($ 60,000)dollars. SECTION II -That the public interest and public necessity of said municipality, said Town of Redwood. City, and the inhabitants thereof,demand the acquisition,construction • and completion of the following municipal improvement in and for said Town,to-wit; The construction of an outfall sewer system upon Steinberger street in said Town ,( of Redwood City,to empty into Steinberger Slough.. That the public interest and pab]:ic necessity of said municipality, said Town of Redwood City, and of the inhabitants thereof,demand the acquisition and completion of the following municipal improvement in and for said Town,to-wit;
