RESOLVER Joy the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,that whereas,certain noxious and dangerous weeds are growing in the Town of Redwood City upon the streets and in front R of the property hereinafter mentioned,which weeds are of a kind which bear seed iff a wingy and downy nature and will attain such large growth as to become a fire menace when dry, and whereas the said weeds constitute a public; nuisance. 0 NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby declared that the said weeds do now constitute a public and it is hereby ordered that the said public nuisance be abated in the manner provided by that certain Act of the Legislature of the State of California.entitled!lAn Act Authorizing Municipalities to declare noxious or ffangerous weeds growing upon the streets or sidewalks or upon private prop erty, within the municipalities to be a public nuisance creating a lien upon the property fronting upon such streets or sidewalks or upon which nuisance exists dor the cost of abating the same°,approved May 26th.1915. The streets upon which and the private property in front of which said nuisance exists,are c more particularly described as ffollows,to-wit; Walnut Street from the southerly line of Bradford Street to Stambaugh Street.
