RESOLVE'd ,buy the Board of Trustees of the To= of Redwood City,that whereas, certain noxious and dangerous weeds are grerwing in the Town of Redwood City upon the streets and in front of the property hereinafter men'tioned,which weeds are of a kind which bear seed 1216 a wingy and downy nature and will attain such large growth as to become a fire menace when dry, and whereas the said weeds constitute a public nuisance. NO'f THEREFORE. it is hereby declared that the said weeds do now constitute a public nuisance and it is hereby ordered that the said public nuisance be abated in the manner provided by that certain Act of the Legislature off the State of California.entitled!'An Act authorizing P,Iunicipalities to declare noxious or dangerous weeds growing upon the streets or sidewalks or upon private property,within the municipalities to be a public nuisance creating a lien upon the property fronting upon such streets or sidewalks or upon which nuisance exists gor the cost of abating the same",ap!�roved May 26th.1915.
