0 <br />D <br />D <br />AND WHEREAS, within the time allowed by law and fixed in and by paid Resolution of <br />Intention No. H-16 and in the notices of the passage thereof posted as required when and <br />there any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements des- <br />cribed in said Resolution of Intention No. H-16 or to the proposed grades at which said work <br />and improvements are to be done and made could appear before the Board of Trustees of the <br />Town of Redwood City and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be <br />carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. H-16 or why said proposed <br />work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the proposed grades as shown on <br />the plans, profiles and specifications referred to in said Resolution of Intention No. H-16, <br />certain owners of property liable to be assessed for said work and improvements made written <br />objection against said proposed work and improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did proceed to hear said <br />protest and objections and to fully consider the same, and said Board of Trustees having <br />fully heard and considered said protest and objections, it is hereby resolved by the Board <br />of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City and said Board of Trustees does hereby find and de- <br />termine that said protest and objections were not made by the owners of a majority of the <br />property fronting on the proposed work and improvements, and <br />Be it further Resolved that said protest and objections be and the same are hereby over - <br />ruled. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting <br />of said Board held on the 5th day of October, 1925, by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees, C. $. Mabie, A. 3, <br />Aonteith, G. W. McNulty, H. A. Beeger. <br />[does and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees, <br />None , <br />Absent, Trustees,M. E. Ryan , <br />Attest. <br />f <br />President of the Board of Trustees of the <br />Town of Redwood City, <br />W. A.
