{ 50 <br />O <br />Redwood City,April 23rd.29239 8 o'clock P:M. <br />Regular adjourned meeting of -the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City held. <br />Upon roll call there were present, Trustees; -President G,W-1.dENulty,C.K.11atie,A.E.Monteith, <br />H.A.•.Beeger,M.E.Ryan,Clerk W.A.Price. <br />Moved by Trustee Beeger,seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried the minutes of -regular <br />meeting held April 16th.22'23 be dispensed with until next regular meeting, <br />on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Beeger and carried the Chautaugua be <br />granted permission to show in this City without a license. <br />Moved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Monteith, the City Engineer be instructed <br />to make a report of the construction of sewer on Whipple Avenue acid Edgewood Road, <br />Motion Carried. <br />Affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge in the matter of Publishing and affidavit of W.A.Price City <br />Clerk in the.matter of posting near CounctLl Chamber door,calling for sealed proposals <br />on improvement cinder Resolution of Intention No.F-3 Oak Knoll Manor,was on motion of <br />Trustee Beeger,seconded by Trustee Ryan,same be received and filed, Motion Carried. <br />There being no bids received for improvement of streets in Oak Knoll Manor Tract Tinder <br />Resolution No.F.3-same be laid over. <br />The prices quoted by the -Pacifie Fire Extinguisher Company for supplies for the Fire <br />Department with the exception of the Automatic sirenclapper valve in the amount of $ 28.50 <br />and allowing the City 0 67.50 for three hand drawn hose carts, was accepted by the Board, <br />on motion of Trustee Beeger,sectnded by Trustee Monteith and carried. <br />Application of Redwood Parlor m 66,N.S.G.W. for a permit to hold a three o'clock dance <br />in Forester's Hall Saturday evening May 5th.1923,was granted on motion of Trustee Mabie, <br />seconded by Trustee Beeger,and carried. <br />Communication from Mr.Henry Witte for permission to cut down and remove all of the <br />trees in front of his property facing El Camino Real and Rogers Street,was on motion of <br />Tyu.st�ee Mabie`;seconded by Trustee Beeger,same be referred to the Supt.of Parks for his <br />consideration, MStion Carried. <br />Moved by Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried we now adjourn to Monday <br />evening April 30th.1923 at 8 otclock.
