0 <br />0 <br />C <br />Redwood City,April 30th.1923, 8 o'clock P.m, <br />Regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Town Trustees held. <br />Upon roll there were present Trustees;- President G.W,1icNulty,C.K.14abie,A..E.Monteith, <br />H.A.Beeger,M*E.Ryan,Clerk W.A.Price. <br />There being no objection minutes of regular meeting held April 16th,and adjourned <br />meeting held April 23rd.1923 be dispensed with.until next regular meeting. <br />Moved by Trustee Beeger,seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried, the resignation of <br />Edward Dearborn,as supt. of Water and Supt. of Streets to take effect May Ist.1923 <br />be accepted. Motion Carried. <br />Moved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Monteith, C. L.Dimmitt be appointed Supt.of <br />Water and Supt. of Streets, combining the City Engineer office with the two position's, <br />the salary to be Three Hundred per month.and same to take effect at once.Motion Carried <br />On motion of Trustee Ryan seconded by Trustee Beeger and carried, the City Attorney, <br />and City Engineer proceed with Oak Knoll Manor Improvements as already laid out under <br />the 1915 improvement Act;leaving the Plans and Specifications as they are at presefit. <br />Motion•Carried. <br />Moved by Trustee Beeger,seconded by Trustee Mabie the City Attorney and City Engineer <br />proceed with the improvement of Jefferson Avenue as outlined as far as Myrtle Street, <br />same`to be under the 1915 improvement act. Motion Carried. <br />Application of the F.O.E.Lo'dge for a permit to hold a three o'clock dance in Forester's <br />Hall Saturday evening May I2th,1923,was on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded <br />Ryan same be granted. <br />by Trustee <br />Moved by Trustee ir4abie,seconded by Trustee Ryan,we now adjourn , Motion Carried. <br />---------------------- <br />City Clerk. <br />m <br />51. s <br />
