<br />Section 2. it Is hereby declared un-

<br />flirty or unclean manner, or to use any
<br />portion ef any Public street the
<br />conduct of said business or for therplao-
<br />Ing of any automoblle or part thereof
<br />Intended or for the purpose of being
<br />wrecked. or taken apart.
<br />Section 3. 'it is declared un-,
<br />lawful for any pe:•3trt6 persoms, firm, F
<br />company or corporation to conduct al
<br />business for which a permit and li-
<br />cense have been granted as in this ord-
<br />inance Provided so _that said business
<br />small become a puuile nuisance or shall;
<br />Interfere or inconyenlence,,,adioinimn

<br />Property owners or places of business.
<br />The Board of Trustees of the Town of
<br />Redwood City are hereby authorized t0
<br />revoka any permit or license hereunder
<br />issued If the holder thereof does not
<br />conduct said business as in this ordin-
<br />ance and by late provided.
<br />Upon receiving written complaint
<br />against the holder of any permit and
<br />licetise under this ordinance the Board
<br />of Trustees Shull notify the hoddpr of
<br />said license In writing that a complaint
<br />has been filed agalnet him and setting
<br />forth the date for the hearing of,said
<br />complaint. A copy of said complaint
<br />shail'be served upon the holder of said
<br />license with said notice. Said hearing
<br />tshall not be held until after-the.ex-
<br />piration of five .(5,) days,,from the, ser-
<br />vice of said, notice. .

<br />tion therefor and securing` a written
<br />permit from tha Police Department of
<br />the Town of Redwood Citil. Said aPPll-
<br />cation shall State
<br />tate (1) the name, of the

<br />poratioin dAiring to wreeli, said auto-
<br />mobile, (2) thername�Qf the person or
<br />,persons' from'wHom suit •automobile was
<br />secured, ur purchased Y applicant, (3)
<br />the Place where said automohlle is now
<br />ed to wreck or tike apart said automo-
<br />bile, (5) the, makeof said automobile,
<br />together with the engine number there-
<br />of and the State license number for the
<br />last year of the registration of said
<br />automobile, (0) the nature of the title
<br />of the person, persons, firm, company
<br />or corporation intending to wrecIt said
<br />automobile.
<br />Section 5. Any person, persons„firm,
<br />company or, corporation violating tin”""
<br />,the provisions of this ordinance shall be
<br />guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con-
<br />viction thereof shall be punished Uy a
<br />fine not exceeding Three Hundred
<br />($300) Dollars, or by Imprisonment itti
<br />the County jail in the County of San.
<br />,Nrateo, State of California, not exceed -
<br />Ing ninety (90) days, or by both such
<br />fine and Imprisonment, and every day
<br />upon which a violation of this ordinance
<br />continues shall be deemed a separate
<br />offense.
<br />Section 6., All ordinpa” or parts of
<br />ordinances in conflict with this ordin-
<br />ance are hereby repealed.
<br />Section 7. This ordinithee shall be,
<br />published once in the Redwood City
<br />Standard, a weekly newspaper pub-
<br />lished, printed and circulated in the
<br />said Town of Redwood City and shall
<br />take effect and be in force from and af-
<br />ter thirty (30) days after its passage.
