RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Towle of Redwood City, that whereas, cer- Iain weeds are growing in the Town of Redwood City, upon the streets and in front of the .)roperty hereinafter mentioned, hich^✓eeds are of a kind which bear seeds of a ;^ingy or iow✓ny nature and will attain such lame Broth as to become a fire menace when dry; and 1MREAS, the said needs constitute a public nuisance. IIOI7 THERWORE, IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the said woods do now constitute and will continue to constitmte a public nuisance, and it is ordered that the said public nuisance be abated in the manner provided by that certain act of the legislature of the State of California, entitled, "An Act Authorizing ISunicipalities to declare noxious or dangerous weeds growing upon the streets or sidewalks or upon private property within municipalities, to be a public nuisance, creating a lien upon the property fronting upon such streets or sidewalks or upon which such nuisance exists for the cost of abating. same, approved 'r,iay 26tn, 1915. The Superintendent of a^treets of The Town Of Redwood City is hereby directed to give the'notice required by Section 3 of said law hereinbefore herein referred to and Shall cause said notice to be immediately posted in front of the property as designated in said section. That ,Monday the 7th day of June, 1926, at the hour of 8 of clock P.I.:. of said day and at the meeting place of said Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, County of San lateo, State of California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the plabe when objections to the proposed removal of such weeds will be heard and give due con- sideration, and that said notices shall be posted as aforesaid at least five days prior to the time of hearing objections fixed by said Board of Trustees.
