r: <br />�l <br />0 <br />0 <br />28f <br />acquired jurisdiction to order said work and improvements, <br />THEREI!ORE BE IT RESOLVED that the public interest and convenience require the <br />work and improvements herein described, and the Board of Trustees of the Town of <br />Redwood City hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be <br />made in said Town of Redwood City, to -wit: <br />The Clerk of the Town of Redwood. City is hereby ordered and directed to post a <br />notice of said work and improvements together with the plans, profiles and specificati)ns <br />therefor conspicuously for five (5) days on or near the council chamber door of the, <br />Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City inviting sealed proposals or bids for <br />doing the ;cork and making the improvements ordered herein. Said Town Clerk is also <br />ordered and directed to publish a notice inviting such sealed pro,)osals or bids and <br />referring to the plans, profiles and specifications posted or on file for the period <br />required by law in <br />the <br />Redwood City <br />Tribune, a <br />daily newspaper <br />of <br />general <br />circulation <br />published, printed <br />and <br />circulated in <br />the Town <br />of Redwood <br />City, <br />and <br />hereby <br />designated <br />for that purpose by the Board of Trustees of said Town. <br />It is further ordered that said sealed proposals or bids be publicly opened, ex- <br />amine& and declared by the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City at the <br />hour of 8 o'clock P.M. of Monday the 29th day of August, 1927. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of.Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at the <br />hour of 8.45 o'clock A. M. at a regular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the <br />8th day of August, 1927, by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution: <br />Trustees Z.
