<br />RESOLVED, THAT :7H"MEAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did,
<br />on the 18th da71 of July, 1927, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. J-13 to
<br />order the hrreinofter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said
<br />Town of Redwood City; and

<br />"SEAS, notices of the passa-e of said Resolution of Intention No. J-13, head. -
<br />ed "NOTICE OF II.LIROVEIMITT", were duly and regularly posted along the line of said

<br />contemplated work and improvements and in front of all the prj,gerty liable to be
<br />assessed therefor, and on all of the streets in the district to be assessed therefor,

<br />in time, form, manner and number as required by law, as appears from the affidavits
<br />r,
<br />of C. L. Dimmitt, Su-jerintendent of Streets of the Tovm of Redvrood City, and H. L.
<br />Winter, and nowon file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and
<br />WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavits of said C. L. Dimmitt, and H. L. Winter,
<br />hereinbefore referred to herein, that the posting of said notices of improvement as

<br />aforesaid was completed on the 27th day of July, 1927; and
