F <br />Ll <br />IU <br />1 <br />281 <br />THER TORE BE IT.RESOLvED that the public. interest and convenience require the <br />work and improvements herein described, and the Board of Trustees of the Town of <br />Red;*,rood City hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be <br />made in said Town of Redwood City, to -wit: <br />The Clerk of the Town of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to post a <br />notice of said work and improvements together with the plans, profiles and specifica- <br />tions therefor conspicuously for five (5) days on or near the council chamber door of <br />the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City inviting sealed proposals.or bids <br />for doing the work and making the improvements o. dered herein. Said Town Clerk is <br />also ordered and directed to publish a notice inviti+.g such sealed proposals or bids <br />and referring to the ,flans, profiles and specifications po3ted or on file for the <br />period required by law in the Redwood. City Tribune, a daily ne.:spaper of general <br />Circulation published, printed and circulated in the To-= of Redwood City, and hereby <br />disignated'for that purpose by the Board of Trustees of said Town. <br />It is further ordered that said sealed proposals or bids be publicly opened, ex- <br />amineE and declared by the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City at the hour <br />of 8 O'clock P. M. of Monday the 29th day of Au u.st, 1927. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at the <br />hour of 8:50 o'clock A. M. at a regular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the <br />8th day of August, 1927, by 'the following; vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution: <br />Trn.steesZ.
