There is also excepted from said work hereinbefore mentioned any vrork in Alameda de las Ful; -.as to be done between the northwesterly limits of the Town of San Carlos and the southerly side of the existing pavement therein which leads from Alameda de las Pulgas to Cypress Avenue.
