<br />Upon roll oall there were present Councilmen Mayor H.A.Beeger, Z.T.Thorning, D.R.Sta-
<br />fiord, G.W.MoNulty, E.M,Dearborn, City Clerk W.A.Price,
<br />Moved by Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Thorning minutes of the previous
<br />meeting be dispensed with until nest meeting. Motion carried.

<br />°i'two lots belonging the City Lot One (1) and two (2) Block 48 Eastern Acdditmon said . bids
<br />to be opened March 5th, 1928, at 7.30 o'clock, P.M. Motion carried.
<br />Communication from the South Redwood Improvement Club thanking the Council, and the
<br />City Eleetriean for the prompt and efficient manner in the erecting of the street -lights
<br />was on motion of Councilman Dearborn seconded by Councilman Stafford same be received and
<br />filed. Motion carried,

<br />was granted, to -wit:

<br />Application of George Y. Morton, of San Francisco, for a Master Plumbers license
<br />was on motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Stafford said license be
<br />granped . Motion carried.
<br />Councilman Dearbornoffersthe following Easement and Right of Way and moves its
<br />adoption,Councilman McNulty, seconds the motion. Motion carried.
<br />EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY.
<br />THIS GRANT, made and entered into this 6th day of February, 1928,by and between
<br />R. STAFFORD and ISABELLA STAFFORD,his wife, of Redwood City, California, the parties of
<br />the first part, hereafter called the grantors, and the Town of Redwood City, a munioipal
<br />corporation in the County of San Mateo, State of California,party of the second part, hezeinafter
<br />called the grantee,
<br />WITNESSETH that for and in consideration of the sum of one ($l) dollar, the said
<br />grantors hereby give, grant and confirm unto the saidgrantee, for the purpose of con-
<br />struoting and maintaining thereon a pedestrian underpass under El Camino Real. in Redwood
<br />City, a right of way or easement over, under and and along the following described pro-
<br />perty in the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, to -wit:
