<br />appeared before the Council and explained the matter whereupon on motion of Councilman McNulty
<br />seconded by Councilman Dearborn the Pacific Gas & Electric Co be given permission'to lay their
<br />gas main over certain streets in accordance to their application, they to put back the streets
<br />in good cbn#tion, also same to be under the supervision of the Supt of Streets.Motion carried.

<br />Application of the Pacific Gas €o Electric Co to set a pole on the West side of the
<br />Highway opposite the north line of Nottingham to be used as a guy stub as per Blue Print
<br />No. 1621-R9 was on motion of Councilman McNulty seconded by Councilman Dearborn same be granted
<br />Motion carried.
<br />On motion of Councilman Thorning, seconded by Councilman McNulty, the Supt of Streets
<br />instructed to close up the Gify garbage dump, also so he be directed to have the dump cleaned', '
<br />up. Motion carried.
<br />Councilman Dearborn offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption, Councilman.

<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DIAGRAM OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT UNDER
<br />RESOLUTION, OFIINTENTION NO. K-12, AND DESIGNATING NEWSPAPER.
<br />RESOLVE), by the Council of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of
<br />California, that the diagram of the assessment district under Resolution of Intention No, K-12,
<br />passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City on the 26th day of November,192$,
<br />as said diagram has been prepared by C.L.Dimmitt, Street Superintendent of said Town of Redwood
<br />City, and submitted this 15th day of April, 1929, be and the same is hereby adopted as the dia-
<br />gram of the assessment district for the work described in said Resolution of Intention No.K-12,
<br />which Resolution of Intention No..'k-12, is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Town
<br />of Redwood City, and to which reference is hereby made for a description of the work herein
<br />mefftkrad to
<br />AND BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Redwood City, County of
<br />San h+Iateo, State of California that the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published,
<br />printed and circulated in said Town of*Redwood City, be and the same is hereby designated as
<br />the newspaper in which to publish the "Notice of Filing Street Assessment and of Time Fixed for
<br />Hearing Thereon" and the "Notice of Filing Unpaid Assessment List and of Time Fixed for Hearing
<br />Thereon" for the work done under said Resolution of Intention No. K-12 of said Council herein-
<br />above referred to herein.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting t
<br />thereof held on the 15th day of April, 19299 by the following vote:
