BeeRer I✓Iayor of the Town of Redwood Moved by Councilman Ir,cldulty seconded by Councilman Dearborn, that the following Resolution granting permission to the County of San liateo to use a portion of the Wood- side Road for the construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer be adopted. dO RESOLVED, THAT WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, (� State of California, intends and proposes to institute proceedings under the pursuant to the provisions of th::t certain Act of the Legislature of the State of California known and designated as the "County Improvement Act of 192111, approved June 3rd, 1921, and amendments thereto, for the purpose of ordering certain work and improvements to be done, to -wit: the construction of a sanitary sewer in, under and upon a certain public way and street within the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, namely, the Woodside Road, from the southerly limits of the Town of Redwood City to Arlington Avenue. 'i ( NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Town of Redwood City does resolve as follows: _!! Section 1. The Council of the Town of Redwood City hereby consents to the use 4 of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo of the portion o f the Woodside r Road hereinbefore described for the construction and operation of said sanitary sewer. Section 2. The Clerk of said Town of Redwood Oity is hereby authorized and in- structed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Board of Supervisors of said County of San Mateo.
