A communication from the Redwood City Promotion Assn in regards to using the 1.03 fire house auditorium for offices for the City Attorney and the City Engineer Department thereby taking care of the records of these two offices in case of fire, was on motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Thouning said communication be received and filed and referred to the Committee of Utilities. Motion carried On motion of Councilman Thorning, seconded by Councilman Dearborn on the recommendation of the Library Trustees, Mrs A.S.Kalenborn be re -appointed a member of the Trustees of the Free Public Library. Motion carried. Application of R. E.
