<br />for the doing of all street work mentiined and described in 2esolution of Intention No.
<br />K-8, passed and adopted by the Council of the `2o; -in of Redwood City on the 4th day of Sep-
<br />tember, 1928, and now on file in the office of the "own Clerk of id mown of Redwood City,
<br />to which Resolution of Intention reference is hereby made for a description of said vrork,
<br />was filed in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City on the 13th day- of June,
<br />1929; and
<br />WHER'EA7, said Town Clerk did thereupon fix 11onday, the 1st day of July, 1929, at
<br />4 the hour of 8:00 O'clock P. I:1. of said day, at the meeting place of the Council of .the
<br />City of Redwood City in the Council Chamber in the Tovm Hall on Webster Street in said
<br />City, ._.s the time and pl_ce of hearing on said assessment, as required by law, and as the
<br />time and place for making written objections thereto, as provided for the Irwirovement Act
<br />f.

<br />of 1911; and
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the filing of said assessment and of the time fixed for hear-
<br />ing thereon w.s duly given by posting, mailing and publishing, as required by law, as ap-
<br />pears from the affidavits _af Loral C. - Bernning and W. A. Price, City Clerk and now on file
<br />in the office of the Clerk of said City of Redwood City; and
<br />7HEREAS0 at the time and place last herein mentioned, certain written objections were
<br />made against the work performed under said Resolution of Intention Ido. X-8 and against the
<br />assessment therefore; -and
<br />S'VHEREAS, the Council of said City of Redwood City did proceed to hear and consider
<br />said protests and objections, and after having duly and fully considered the same:
<br />ITOW 7MR3620RE i;E IT RESOMM by the Council of the City of Redwood City that said
<br />protests and objections be and the same are hereby overruled, and the Council does hereby
<br />determine that the work performed under said Resolution of intention Ido. 7_8 wu.s perform-
<br />ed according to -the plans and specifications and in a good and'substantial manner, and
<br />said Council does hereby approve said work and all acts and determinations of the Super-
<br />intendent of Streets in relation thereto.
<br />AND BE IT b' IMBR RESOLVED BY the Council of the City of Redwood City that the ass-
<br />essment Eerein mentioned for street work done under said Resolution of Intention No. x-8,
<br />hereinbefore referred to herein, together with the diagram attached thereto, be and the same
<br />are hereby approved and adopted, and the Superintendent of Streets of said City of Redwood
<br />City is hereby directed to attach a warrant thereto and deliver same to the contr-actor, as
<br />required by law.
<br />Passed and adopted by -the Council of the City of redwood City at a regular meeting
<br />thereof held on the 1st day of Jvly, 1929, by the following vote -
