<br />Upon roll call there were•present Mayor H. A. Beeger, D. R. Stafford, W. J. Dusel, G. W.
<br />McNulty, D. J. Hildebrand, P. A. McCarthy, 2ity Clerk W. A. Price.
<br />Absent, Councilman Z. T. Thorning.
<br />On motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Hildebrand, that the minutes of
<br />October 2nd be approved as read. Motion carried.
<br />On motion of Councilman Stafford, seconded by Councilman McNulty, the communication be
<br />received and filed and Mr. Hildebrand be appointed to represent the Council. Motion carried.
<br />Upon motion of Councilman Hildebrand, seconded by Councilman ItiicNulty, that Mr. Richard
<br />be granted a rebate on his building permits on Broadway and the Highway, amount of .,30.00.
<br />Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Dusel, the rates and rules of the
<br />new water of the water committee be accepted by the Coiincil, said rates to go into effect.

<br />,permits be granted. A. J. Markgraf, on Dec. 7th -14th, and 28th, 1929, until one o'clock.
<br />Bay View Lodge on Dec. loth, and 28th, 1629 at I.0.0.F. Hall, until one o'clock. I
<br />Moved by Councilman iucNu_ty, seconded by Councilman Hildebrand, a reward of :25.00 be
<br />paid by the City Council for the arrest and conviction of any person turning in a false fire
<br />alarm. Motion carried.
