A <br />Price. ! <br />- On motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Hildebrand, minutes of last <br />meeting be approved as read. Motion carried. <br />r <br />On motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman McNulty that R. E. Wilson be <br />granted a permit for having chickens and rabbits on Woodside Road within the City limits. <br />Same is «for commercial sale. <br />Moved by Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Hildebrand that the managing of 2 <br />t. <br />the Scout Building be referred to the City Manager. Motion carried. <br />Moved by Councilman 'horning, seconded by Councilman Stafford, the Pacific Gas and <br />4 <br />Electric Company be granted permission for a small hole on Broadway and Hamilton Streets for <br />a gas- pibe".connection. Motion carried. <br />'On motion of Councilman Thorning, seconded by Councilman McNulty the City Manager on <br />recommendation of Pound Master, the salary be increased to 425.00, commencing January 1, <br />1930. Motion carried. <br />On motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Hildebrand all old outstanding <br />water bills now on the water book be referred to the City Manager. Motion carried. <br />On motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman McNulty the City Manager be <br />authorized to turn over all old delinquent water bills to some collector on a 501S basis. <br />Motion carried. <br />Moved by Councilman IdcCarthy, seconded by Councilman Thorning to prepare Ordinance <br />in regards to combining the Office of the City Treasure and City Clerk as one, same be <br />referred to City Attorney to prepare said Ordinance. Motion carried. Mayor Beeger voted "no." <br />On motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Hildebrand concerning the ieso- <br />.lution from the South San Francisco City Council in regards to the Bay Shore Highway. Motion <br />carried. <br />On motion of Councilman Thorning, seconded by Councilman Hildebrand the following dance <br />permits be granted and carried. World's War Veteran in f'orester's Hall on Jan. 18th, 1930, <br />Saturday evening, Butcher's Union in forester's Hall, Saturday evening, Jan. 25, 1930.
